When my wife started to lose her hair from stress and tension hairstyles, she cried daily.

I knew nothing about hair – especially women’s hair – but I knew I loved my wife and I hated watching what the loss of her hair was doing to her self-image. I set out to create something that would help her re-grow her hair. I read, researched, and spent a lot of time online.

I had no idea what I was doing, at first. But I knew my wife’s hair - coily and resilient, was Divinely designed to be strong and beautiful. I just needed to find the right things - natural things - to restore it to its natural beauty.

These products are what I created.

MacSon’s Batana base is a multi-use, all natural product, uncorrupted by chemicals and extracted from the Ojon Palm Tree. Hand mixed and made in small batches, it can be used:

• on the skin to promote a supple and youthful glow,

• on the hair, to restore coily and curly crowns to their natural luster and originally designed resilience,

• on the scalp, to recreate the natural environment for hair that grows freely and unencumbered by flakes and moisture deficiency.

The whipped scalp mousse revives hair growth and preserves hair strength to support hair retention. Use as needed to moisturize hair in braid downs, before heat styling, and to restore moisture lost due to perspiration and weather exposure.

The herb infused oil coats the hair shaft and serves as a defense to hair breakage and splitting.

The products promote hair re-growth and hair retention on traumatized hair and scalp – hair that requires products sourced from our lands and made with our hands. Products designed specifically for our hair by people who have our hair.
